Tom 30 „Łambinowickiego Rocznika Muzealnego” został w całości poświęcony losom żołnierzy Wojska Polskiego i Armii Krajowej w niewoli radzieckiej. Opracowania pięciu autorów przybliżają najnowsze ustalenia dotyczące tego jednego z najtrudniejszych aspektów polsko-rosyjskiego sporu o pamięć historyczną. Podejmują problem stanu badań nad zbrodnią katyńską zarówno wśród polskiej emigracji politycznej, jak również po 1989 r. w Polsce i Czechach. Odtwarzają także losy Polaków internowanych w ZSRR po 1944 r. Publikację zamyka bibliografia zawartości „Łambinowickiego Rocznika Muzealnego” – tomy 17–29, stanowiąc cenną pomoc dla badaczy i wszystkich zainteresowanych problemem jeniectwa oraz działalnością wydawniczą Muzeum.

The whole of Volume 30 of The Annual is dedicated to the fates of soldiers of the Polish Army and the Home Army, staying in Soviet captivity. Studies by five contributors bring closer the latest establishments relating to this aspect of the Polish-Russian debate on historical memory, being one of the most difficult. They undertake to discuss the problem of the state of research into the Katyń Crime, both among Polish political emigrants and those emigrating after 1989, in Poland and the Czech Republic. They also recreate the fates of Poles interned in the USSR after 1944. The volume ends with the bibliography of the contents of The Łambinowice Museum Annual, spanning volumes 17-29, which offers invaluable help to researchers and all interested in the problem area of POW systems and the editorial activity of the Museum.
